THE CLIENT:

Abortion Care TN is a non-profit providing funding and resources for Tennesseans seeking abortion.

THE CHALLENGE:

Create a bi-weekly newsletter to share knowledge, grow the audience, gain donors, and spread the word. This is the first newsletter ACT ever had, through the newsletter I had to find and establish the brand voice and tone, grow the audience, seek donations, and disseminate informative content.

THE SOLUTION:

I developed a bi-weekly newsletter for Abortion Care TN to share knowledge, grow their audience, gain donors, and spread the word. Editions range in topics and feature things like information about reproductive justice, legal updates, and personal stories from those who have been helped by the organization. This content educates the audience and fosters a sense of community and support.

To grow the audience, we integrated sign-up forms on the website and social media, offering exclusive content and resources as incentives. The newsletters also includes donor spotlights and success stories to showcase the impact of donations and encourage further support.

Promotional letters highlight fundraising events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to donate, with clear calls to action directing readers to get involved. I also include interactive elements like Q&A sections, polls, and links to petitions to engage readers and encourage advocacy.

By combining educational content, strategic promotions, and interactive elements, the bi-weekly newsletter effectively enhances Abortion Care TN's outreach efforts, driving audience growth, donor engagement, and increased visibility for their cause.
