The Client:
Twisted Intimacy by Monika Monk focuses on cycle syncing, physical fitness, seed cycling, and womb health, offering transformative coaching and resources for people seeking a deeper connection with their bodies.
The Challenge:
Twisted Intimacy needed engaging, educational, and empowering content to connect with their audience. The goal is to create a monthly newsletter (copy, content, and design) to communicate the benefits of cycle syncing, seed cycling, and womb health practices in a way that felt approachable, informed, and aligned with Monika’s brand voice.
The Solution:
I implemented a monthly newsletter starting in January of 2025 with educational information for readers that also inspired them to take action. The sections focus on breaking down complex concepts—like cycle syncing and seed cycling—into relatable and digestible information. The tone balances expertise with warmth, ensuring that readers feel seen and supported in their wellness journeys.
In addition, I include Monika’s personal insights and experiences as a coach to strengthen her connection with her audience and position Monika as both a knowledgeable guide and a relatable coach.
By focusing on clarity, empowerment, and authenticity, Twisted Intimacy’s messaging now resonates deeply with its audience, fostering trust and inspiring action toward holistic health.
